Production of your custom made music will begin once full payment is received, NOT from the date you place your order. Mixes will be placed in queue to be made based on the date payment is received. Custom music can take 2-4 weeks to be completed, or up to 6 weeks in the months of June, July and August, and will only be emailed to you once payment has cleared. Payment can be made online with a credit card, PayPal or you can mail in a MONEY ORDER. There will never be a charge that is not clearly shown to you before entering your credit card information. Rush orders are available and need to be paid in full before production of your music begins. DJFRANCIS.NET has the right to cancel a rush order and give a full refund of rush fees only, if the timeline can not be met. Should we need to issue a refund for a rush order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Custom mixes and rush orders received on Fridays will not be processed until Monday.
You receive 1 free request for revision(s) with your music. Free revisions include: moving songs, making a song longer or shorter, changing positions of sound effects or voice overs and speeding up or slowing down songs. It does not include song changes and/or reconstruction to the layout of the mix. Once we send your music, we suggest working with it for a week and then let us know of any changes. If you ask for changes the same day you receive the music, you may end up needing more which you would then have to be charged for. We will notify you prior of the fees of those revisions and they must be paid before beginning work. Revision fees start at $20 and may go up based on your request. Your music is saved in our computer and may be edited throughout the season.
DJFRANCIS.NET has the right to terminate an order within a two week period of contract date. There are no refunds after your music has been emailed, mailed or production has begun. You may cancel your order within 1 week of ordering, but need to send us a written email in order to do so. There are no refunds on pre-made mixes AT ALL.
DJFRANCIS.NET is not selling you an artist’s song. We are a music mixing service and you must own the original songs. When ordering from DJFRANCIS.NET, you are confirming you have legally purchased any song used in the mix. You are contracting us to perform a service for private use at FITNESS-RELATED events , practices or competitions and the mixes may not be re-distributed at any time. If your music will be televised, you must obtain ASCAP and BMI information. The music on our website is produced for the sole purpose of enhancing a fitness instructors performance. By ordering from DJFRANCIS.NET you certify that you are involved in FITNESS-RELATED EVENTS, PRACTICES OR COMPETITIONS and have legally purchased all music.
Any song requested on the order form must be available to purchase on iTunes, Amazon or any other legal music downloading site. A song found on Youtube and not available on one of those sites, can not be used. Song list are mandatory for each mix you order. If no song list is given on the order form, we will contact you for a list, but will begin the next order we have in line, which can result in a delay of production time for your music.
DJFRANCIS.NET will not be held accountable due to an invalid email address. Please check your spam/junk folder(s) when expecting your mix. DJFRANCIS.NET will not be held responsible for any loss of profits or missed fitness-related events, practices or competitions due to the use of this website.
Any information entered on this site is strictly confidential and will only be used for DJFRANCIS.NET. Your custom music will only be sold to you and never re-sold to another client. When purchasing music from our company, you are agreeing not to sell, re-sell or distribute the music for any reason and for the sole purpose of FITNESS-RELATED events, competitions or practices.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold DJFRANCIS.NET and its agents harmless from responsibility, liability or claim for any damages or injuries to property and/or persons from the services rendered under said agreement.
